MLCC(Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors)
Multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) are general-type capacitors that store electric charge temporarily and remove noise. They have a structure in which dielectric layers and internal nickel electrode layers are interlaminated.

General & High Cap
As one of the key passive components, multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) temporarily charge and remove noise in electronic circuits. They are the most general capacitors available today.
The main body has a structure in which dielectric layers and nickel electrode layers are interlayered. An external electrode (termination) connects an MLCC to a printed circuit board or a hybrid IC module in a physical and electrical manner.

Acoustic Noise
A solution for reducing audible noise (20 Hz – 20 kHz) from mechanical vibrations that are attributable to the piezoelectric characteristics of MLCC materials

Embedded
Due to its low ESL characteristics, the products can be used as decoupling capacitors to supply current to the high-speed application processors (APs) of mobile devices (smartphones, tablet PCs) efficiently and stably.The products are embedded inside substrates to correspond to devices or modules, securing mounting space. In addition, they help remove high-frequency noise, suffering less effects from external environmental stress.

High Frequency
These MLCCs can be used in high frequency. They consist of a ceramic body and an electrode made of copper and plated with nickel and tin.High Q and low ESR characteristics allow application of the products in high frequencies. In particular, as they suffer no change in capacitance due to temperature or passage of time, and have high efficiency and less power consumption, they are mainly used for impedance matching in RF circuits.

Soft Termination
The products prevent internal cracks of MLCC caused by mechanical and thermal shocks.
General MLCCs could generate short circuit failure because of the lowering of the capacitance that could be caused by the deformation of PCBs. Soft termination can minimize the internal stress inside the chip as epoxy is applied to external electrodes. In addition, soft termination is excellent in high-temperature load and moisture load.

Medium-High Voltage
High voltage tolerance and quick charging/discharging characteristics are required for this product.
The products are used for snubber circuits, camera strobe circuits and Ethernet LAN(IEEE 802.3)They are also used in high-voltage environments.
Automotive
Automotive products are manufactured in state of the art facilities recommend for registration to ISO/TS 16949:2002.
Automotive products qualified AEC-Q200 requirements.
