The SuperCool X series has three cooling options: air-to-air, direct-to-air or liquid-to-air.

SLAX liquid-to-air models have a cooling capacity of up to 400W, according to the company, SDAX direct-to-air models up to 220 Watts and SAAX air-to-air models have fans on both sides of the assembly and transfer up to 175W,  – all at an ambient of 32°C and a ΔT or 0°C with 24Vdc applied.

That said, there is no 400W SLAX model on the company website at this time – SLAX types top out at 215W with the 300 x 180 x 107mm SLAX-215-24-02 (part 387006704). A model called SLA-400-24-02 (without the ‘X’, part 387004253) is rated at 400W, but looks unlike the other coolers. It measures ~330 x 200 x 175mm. Electronics Weekly has asked for clarification.

Heating is also possible, and the company will make custom versions.
